McKenzie joined Excel Search & Advisory in 2024 as a Project Coordinator and was later elevated to Project Manager. She is responsible for overseeing projects for the firm as well as providing support across business development and executive search operations.
Prior to joining Excel, she spent several years at Deloitte where she provided executive-level support for partners across consulting, audit, tax, and advisory.
