Izzy researches diversity, fairness, belonging, and leadership at work. Her work is published in widely cited, peer-reviewed outlets including The Journal of Applied Psychology. She has conducted applied research for The Center for Creative Leadership, The Doerr Institute, and MD Anderson. As a selection specialist at NASA, Izzy helped identify the 2021 class of astronauts, the most demographically diverse group to date. A certified leadership coach, she emboldens clients to achieve their maximum potential using data-driven approaches.
