Carrigan joined Excel Search & Advisory in 2026, bringing a background in elite collegiate athletics and recruiting operations. She previously spent seven seasons with the University of Alabama football program, most recently serving as Director of Recruiting Operations.
At Alabama, Carrigan contributed to multiple top-ranked recruiting classes while overseeing the planning and execution of all recruiting operations, including visits, marketing, external engagement, and logistics.
