Stephen is an Associate at Excel Search & Advisory in New York, where he executes senior-level searches across sports, media, and entertainment. He works on both the business and sporting sides of teams and organizations.
He previously spent several years at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he led the sports research team on marquee executive searches and was a member of the Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance team.
